CARTERSVILLE, Ga. — ServeCo North America has added five members to its leadership team in newly created positions.

The five additions are John McInnis as vice president of service, Ryan Guinn as vice president of project development, Valarie Parra as director of training, Bryant Williams as production & distribution director and Jason Joyce as compliance director.

“Every company sat down in March and analyzed their business,” said CEO Tony Milano. “We … decided to maximize our resources to further separate ourselves as the most vertical and diversified provider in the home furnishings market.”

Guinn returns to ServeCo after a period of consulting work. He will report to Milano.

Para previously worked at Aaron’s Inc., serving as a customer service agent, sales manager, store manager and corporate trainer. She will report to Guinn.

Williams is a veteran operations and supply manager. He will report to Steve Goldsmith, vice president of operations.

Joyce helped secure and maintain FDA compliance in pulsed electromagnetic field technologies and will assist ServeCoin developing new products while maintaining necessary standards in accordance with regulatory agencies. He will report to Milano.
